He’s psychoanalyzed by Sigmund Freud, has a romance with Mata Hari in Paris, participates in revolutionary plans in both communistic, anarchistic, proto-fascistic and nationalistic camps and visits the Swiss Monte Veritá community. Striking story that reminds us how quickly events can take place. Gorgeous black and white cinematography that oozes German expressionism!
