In its first breath, a beautiful and warm story unfolds, with a danger lurking beneath the surface — something our protagonist strives to master. Yet the surroundings repeatedly put obstacles in the way. The film offers remarkable artistic quality in its animation, music, and storytelling. Every narrative element is used to its fullest potential. A soulful and unforgettable tale of fishing — and a true embodiment of what we might call “fishing luck.”

The winning film receives the Pija Lindenbaum Award: 20 000 SEK from Kultur och Fritid, Sundsvalls kommun.
