What is a woman’s greatest sin? Her sacrifice to reach perfection?
Crucifiga gives the audience a glimpse of a distant future where human kind and artificial intelligence has synergised into an android species; created and shaped into 'perfection' by the image of our icons. Tiled rooms repeated endlessly where symmetrical movements fill their void. An equal endless pursuit of perfection where old roles and stereotypes are hard-coded into each new generation. Glimpses of code are seen in repeated chores which have mutated into synchronized rituals. All accompanied by the banging of washing machines and dystopian soundscapes of noise and synthesizers.
