At Ekskuggan, something begins to change when Monika moves in. The residents start behaving more and more strangely, and when the night staff refuse to come to work, Monika’s son Joel realizes that something is wrong. His mother is haunted by something terrifying and all too familiar, something both she and he thought they had left behind.
