Guests of Honour

Each year, we pay special tribute to one film and one music personality with roots in our region during the festival. This year's honorary guests are none other than musician Johan Airijoki and costume designer Sanna Nyström.

Johan Airijoki

Honorary Music Guest

Johan Airijoki is an artist, songwriter and musician from Gällivare in northern Sweden. Deeply rooted in the mining communities of the north, he has over the past decade established himself as one of Sweden’s most distinctive voices within rock, folk, country, blues and soul.

Sanna Nyström

Honorary Film Guest

Sanna Nyström is a costume designer and tailor from Härnösand. She works across film, television, the performing arts, as well as advertising, events, and music videos. With a solid background in couture, advanced tailoring, and historical costume craftsmanship, she has established herself as one of Sweden’s most highly regarded costume designers.
