A light-hearted and insightful documentary about big, weighty questions that strike at the heart of the present moment. August, who lives in the small Swedish town of Blomstermåla, is unable to serve in the military. But the questions occupy his thoughts – and those of the people around him. Who is truly prepared to defend and die for their country?
