Grattis Betono Vaikai!
Betono Vaikai, regisserad av Saulius Baradinskas, vinner Stone City Award för bästa internationella kortfilm på Filmfest Sundsvall 2026!
Juryns motivering:
“With a polished aesthetic and impressive choreography, this is a film that offers a new take on the challenges of youth through an original and playful direction, creating a microcosm in which its main character moves fearlessly and impresses us with a confident performance, shining bright in front of the camera. We were touched, entertained and surprised as we witnessed unexpected turns and twists in this marvellous story. The winner of Stone City Award for international short film competition is the Lithuanian film Betono Vaikai by Saulius Baradinskas.”
Filmen vinner 10 000 kr från Film Västernorrland.
Juryn tilldelade även ett Special Mention till Dieu est timide av Jocelyn Charles.
Juryn bestod av: Gunnar Hall Jensen, Federica Pugliese och Olga Ruin.
