Alicia Richards, Music Supervisor Alicia Richards is a music supervisor for film and TV, based in Bilbao, Spain, and originally from the U.S. — with work spanning productions worldwide. She specializes in independent film, helping filmmakers use music to serve their story - from finding the right composer and songs, to shepherding that creative collaboration, to handling the business side of licensing and clearing music. Her credits include The End of Oak Street, Red Sonja, and Club Kid. Jorge Martínez, Sync Agent Currently based in Stockholm, Jorge Martínez has experience in music licensing for film and advertising. His international experience includes projects in Spain, Germany, the Czech Republic and now Sweden. Jorge is a co-founder of the Association of Music Supervisors (ASM), has served as a mentor at Berklee Valencia, and also enjoys sharing his music as a DJ in his spare time.
